Getting Started
Browse venues by vibe without an account. To rate a place, save spots, or follow friends, create a free account with just your email.
Account and Sign-In
Vibe Rater uses magic links: no passwords. Enter your email, then tap the link we send you. Links expire after 15 minutes for security.
Rating Places
Open Rate a Place, name the venue, pick one of the seven vibes, give a star rating, and add an optional caption or photo. Each rating posts to the community.
Vibe Checks
Start a Vibe Check to let friends vote on where to go. Free accounts get five Vibe Checks per day. Pro removes the limit.
Plans and Billing
Pro is 2.99 per month and Business is 9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Manage or cancel anytime from account settings; access runs to the end of the period.
Privacy and Your Data
You own the content you post. Request an export or full account deletion anytime by emailing our team. See the Privacy Policy for the complete detail.

How do I sign in without a password?
Enter your email on the sign-in screen. We send a one-time magic link that signs you in instantly. The link is valid for 15 minutes. No passwords are ever stored.
Is Vibe Rater free to use?
Yes. Browsing venues and rating places is free, with five Vibe Checks per day. Pro at 2.99 per month removes limits and unlocks the Vibe Matchmaker. Business at 9.99 per month is for venue owners.
What are the seven vibes?
Every rating uses one vibe: Chill, Hype, Romantic, Bougie, Sketchy, Hidden Gem, or Tourist Trap. Vibes tell other people what a place actually feels like, not just a star count.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open account settings and manage your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Can I claim my venue as an owner?
Yes. Subscribe to the Business plan, then claim your venue after a short verification. Claimed venues can respond to vibes and view an analytics dashboard.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
Email hello@ratethevibe.com from the address on your account. We delete personal data within 30 days of a deletion request and can provide a portable export on request.
A venue listing is wrong. How do I fix it?
Email us the venue name and the correction. We review reports and update community listings to keep ratings accurate and trustworthy.
